Just arrived to my summer house. It is located near Russian border so I can sometimes hear some foreign stations. Soon I notice on 91.10 new Russian station called Keks FM. I don't know if it use RDS or not because signal is maybe too weak for RDS. If I remember right last summer I heard Kanal Melodia on this frequency .
An
other new station from Sankt Peterburg seems to be Radio Zenit. It is football club owned station. This one I heard already on 89.70 last year when it started.
